Dynamic recrystallization is a main mechanism responsible for grain refinement during the test conditions. This paper analyzes the changes of micro-mechanisms to study the mechanism of dynamic recrystallization and studies the effect of twinning crystallization on recrystallization mechanisms. 动态再结晶是该试验条件下晶粒细化的主要机制,通过分析显微组织的变化来研究动态再结晶的机制,同时研究孪晶对再结晶机制的影响。
XRD test showed that grain size of ITO films increased and crystallization direction ( 400) disappeared with more oxygen flow. X-射线衍射(XRD)测试表明ITO薄膜的晶粒尺寸随膜内氧的摩尔分数增加而增大,随氧气比例增加薄膜(400)晶向消失。
